In Tokaj, Sauska crafts dry Furmint and Hárslevelű that highlight volcanic tuff and loess soils, yielding wines with tension and elegance. They also produce some of the region’s finest Pezsgő (sparkling wines), pioneering the planting of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir to complement Furmint and Hárslevelű in traditional‑method blends. Long lees ageing adds layers of brioche, roasted nuts and creamy texture to these sparkling cuvées.

Their sweet Tokaji Aszú retains classic notes of apricot, marmalade and exotic spice, balanced by laser‑sharp acidity.
