Oh no! We’re really sorry if you’ve received the wrong item. In the event where the wines delivered do not match your order, please drop us an email at email@example.com within 3 days from delivery date. We’ll arrange for an exchange as soon as possible.
You are strongly advised to inspect the wines immediately upon delivery to ensure there are no damages. Should there be any issue, please notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days from delivery date. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund after verification.
Our wines are stored in a dedicated wine storage facility and we do our best to ensure proper safekeeping of wines in our possession. However, if you have received a corked tainted wine please contact us immediately at email@example.com. As wine lovers ourselves, we understand it can be disappointing. We therefore allow a replacement out of goodwill within 7 days from delivery date, subject to availability.
Exchange / refund Corked Tainted Wine
To qualify for an exchange or refund, please retain the cork and return us the bottle of wine. All returned wines should not be less than half a bottle for our verification. It is subject to evaluation and we reserve the right to reject any return, exchange deemed unfit or unreasonable. You may only return your items once (no multiple returns for the same item will be allowed).
Return Policy Exception
Due to food hygiene practices, we are unable to accept any returns, refunds or exchanges unless you have received a wrong or damaged item. Once goods have been out of our control for any period, any damage or shortfall shall be deemed to have occurred thereafter. We decline all responsibilities to other problems that can occur due to inappropriate handling and storage of the products. Regretfully refunds will not be accepted without an order number.
