Kreinbacher Brut Classic NV is the estate’s quintessential traditional-method sparkling wine built on a base of Furmint, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir.

It shows bright citrus and stone fruit aromas with saline minerality and a crisp, refreshing acidity that speaks of Somló’s volcanic soils. Its soft, precise mousse and balanced dosage make it both approachable and versatile, perfect as an aperitif or paired with light seafood and salty snacks.

Kreinbacher Estate was founded in 2002 by József Kreinbacher with a bold vision: to create world-class sparkling wine from Hungary’s volcanic Somló region using the traditional method.

Since then, the winery has become Hungary’s most acclaimed sparkling wine producer, winning multiple Platinum and Gold medals at the Decanter World Wine Awards and redefining what Hungarian méthode traditionnelle can be.

Kreinbacher works primarily with local Furmint alongside Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, using long lees ageing and precision winemaking to bring out the mineral character of Somló’s unique basalt-rich soils.
